Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of POA Defender (“Service”), operated by Saltern Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

POA Defender is an AI-powered software tool that generates draft Plans of Action for Amazon sellers whose accounts have been suspended. The Service produces text documents based on information you provide about your suspension.

POA Defender is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The documents generated are drafts for your review. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to submit any document to Amazon. We make no guarantee that any Plan of Action generated by the Service will result in reinstatement of your seller account.

POA Defender is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way connected to Amazon.com, Inc. Amazon, Seller Central, and Seller Performance are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc.

You must provide a valid email address and create a password to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may not create more than one account per person or business entity without our written permission. Reselling or sublicensing access to the Service requires a White Label plan — see Section 7.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

The Service is offered under the following plans, subject to change with notice:

• Free: One Plan of Action included with every new account. No payment required.
• Pay Per Use ($29): One additional Plan of Action per purchase. Non-refundable once the POA has been generated and delivered.
• Pro ($49/month or $490/year): Unlimited Plans of Action. Subscription renews automatically.
• Agency ($299/month or $2,990/year): Unlimited Plans of Action with higher daily limits. Subscription renews automatically.
• White Label ($499/month or $4,990/year): Agency features plus custom branding on generated POAs. See Section 7.

All prices are in US Dollars. Payments are processed by Paystack. We do not store your payment card details.

Monthly subscriptions renew on the same calendar date each month. Annual subscriptions renew on the same date each year and are billed as a single annual payment.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer partial-month refunds for monthly plans.

Annual plan refunds: If you cancel an annual plan within 14 days of purchase and have generated fewer than 3 Plans of Action, you may request a full refund by contacting us at [support email]. After 14 days or 3 generated POAs, annual plans are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate content you know to be false or fraudulent
• Share, resell, or sublicense your account access to other individuals or businesses (White Label plan required — see Section 7)
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract content from the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service at a rate that burdens our infrastructure
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, credit limits, or subscription gating
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

The White Label plan permits you to use the Service on behalf of third-party Amazon sellers as part of your consulting or agency business, with your agency branding appearing on generated documents.

White Label subscribers may not resell access to the Service as a standalone subscription product. The White Label plan covers use of the Service within your agency workflows — it does not grant you a licence to redistribute the Service itself.

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service, including suspension notices, seller context, and any other information you provide. By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to process that content for the purpose of generating your Plan of Action.

You represent that you have the right to submit any content you provide — including that any suspension notices or business information belong to you or to a business you are authorised to represent.

Important: Content you submit is transmitted to Anthropic, PBC for AI processing. Please review our Privacy Policy and Compliance page for details of how your data is handled by third parties.

The Service, including its software, design, and taxonomy of suspension guidance, is owned by Saltern Studio and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Plans of Action generated by the Service are delivered to you for your own use. You may edit, submit, and share your generated POAs freely. We do not claim ownership of the output documents.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PLAN OF ACTION GENERATED WILL RESULT IN REINSTATEMENT OF YOUR AMAZON ACCOUNT.

Amazon’s reinstatement decisions are made solely by Amazon and are beyond our control. Outcomes vary based on factors including the nature of the suspension, supporting documentation, and Amazon’s internal processes.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, OR LOSS OF BUSINESS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

You may close your account at any time from your account Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any activity that we reasonably believe causes harm to other users or to our service.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice in the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
